Information we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may process customer account details, order and customer information, payment-provider identifiers, download usage, Free Resources claim email addresses, optional marketing-consent evidence, contact enquiries, transactional-email records, session and security information, and privacy-preserving security or rate-limit hashes.
How we use information
We use information to operate customer accounts, calculate and verify orders, confirm payments through Razorpay, deliver purchased or requested resources, control downloads, provide security and fraud prevention, answer support requests, administer refunds, and maintain necessary business records.
Transactional email and optional marketing
Transactional messages—including account security, password reset, order, payment, refund, purchased-resource delivery and requested Free Resources delivery—are separate from marketing. Marketing consent is optional. You may withdraw it through our support address; this stops promotional communications but not necessary transactional messages. No newsletter automation is currently in use.
Service providers
Information may be processed by services actually used to operate the storefront: Razorpay for payments, the configured SMTP/email provider, Hostinger when the site is deployed, and jsDelivr for public frontend assets where it remains in use. Their handling is also governed by their applicable terms and privacy practices.
Cookies and sessions
We use first-party functional and security sessions for customer sign-in, checkout, payment, paid guest delivery and Free Resources delivery. A separate administrative security session protects administration. These sessions do not replace server-side authorization. We currently use no analytics or advertising cookies.
Retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve enquiries, handle related orders, payments and refunds, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, protect security, and meet applicable accounting, tax, legal or regulatory duties. We do not promise a fixed retention period.
Your requests and account closure
You may ask what personal information is held, request correction, raise a concern, or request access or deletion where applicable. You may also request account closure. A closed account may be disabled, while historical order, payment, refund, security, accounting, tax or legally required records may need to be retained. Closure does not automatically erase every historical record.
Security
We use access controls, validation, protected sessions, hashed credentials and server-side authorization. No internet service can promise absolute security, but concerns should be reported promptly to support.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated as the business, services, technology or legal requirements change. Material changes should apply prospectively where appropriate and will not remove rights already attached to completed purchases.
