USAGE POLICY

Digital Download & Licence Policy

Effective date / Last updated: 6 October 2026

Standard licence

One purchase grants a licence to one individual parent for their household, or one teacher for their own classroom. It does not grant multiple licences, teachers or users.

Home and classroom use

A parent may use the resource personally and print copies for their own household. A purchasing teacher may use it with their own students and print as many copies as reasonably needed for that classroom. Students may keep printed copies, take them home and use them for homework or parent-assisted practice.

The original digital file must not be emailed or otherwise shared with parents or students.

Private classroom platforms

A purchasing teacher may upload the resource to a closed, private Google Classroom or learning-management system accessible only to that teacher and their own students. It must not be placed on a public website or Drive link, school-wide repository, teacher resource bank, open LMS library, or used by other teachers or classes.

Editing

Reasonable edits are allowed for personal or home use and for the purchasing teacher's own classroom. Modified resources must not be resold, redistributed, used as a competing product, presented as the customer's original work, or shared beyond the permitted use.

Paid tutoring

The purchaser may personally use a resource while providing paid teaching, tutoring or private tuition to students they directly teach. The resource itself must not be sold, distributed digitally to clients or other tutors, or included as a downloadable component of another paid product.

Prohibited sharing and resale

The digital source file must not be shared with other teachers, colleagues, schools, friends, parent groups, WhatsApp or Telegram groups, public or shared drives, websites, marketplaces or resource banks. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, public upload, substantial inclusion in another product for sale, and creation of a competing commercial resource are prohibited.

Branding and copyright

Kridenselearning branding, copyright and ownership notices must not be removed for redistribution, resale or false attribution. Customers may not claim authorship or ownership of Kridenselearning resources.

Multiple teachers and schools

The standard licence does not cover multiple teachers, departments, an entire school or organisation-wide sharing. A separate multi-teacher or school licence may be offered later; no current multi-user pricing is implied.

Download allowance

Valid paid purchases include unlimited re-downloads with no scheduled access expiry. Your purchase-email link can be used again without signing in; keep it private. Bundles download as a ZIP of the purchased files still available to you. Refunded or revoked files are unavailable. This access does not grant additional licences or permission to share. Free resources retain their separately stated limits.

Devices and printing

Kridenselearning supplies the format described on the product page. Customers are responsible for a suitable device, software or PDF reader, internet connection where required, printer, paper and printer settings. Differences caused by paper size, printer settings, colour calibration, screen display or third-party software are generally outside our control. If the supplied file is genuinely defective, the technical-defect support and refund rules apply.
